Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped whenever available.

Because each mystery scoop is hand-packed and curated, no two orders are exactly alike. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific items cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Forest Finds Mystery Scoops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage to be reshipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can review the issue.
